This is the most important question that I get asked most often. So why are so many people in the corporate world afraid that a large company like the one we are talking about is going to have a bad hire problem? Because it is a very large organization. And thus, youll be less likely to get hired.
If you want to work for a company that doesn’t have the same biases as the one we are talking about, then you should work for a smaller organization. Companies that are small are able to hire highly qualified people and thus are less likely to have hiring issues.
