variables and constants
There are so many variables that you can’t control when you are building a new home. You can’t control the weather, the time, the location, the materials you use, the contractor, the budget, the builders, or even the day itself.
Sure you can control the variables, but you can’t always control the things you need to know.
A good rule of thumb is that you can control some variables and constants, but you cant always control everything. For example, we know that the price of materials and labor will affect the final cost of a home. You might have to pay more for materials if they cost more. You might have to pay more for labor if people are working faster or harder. You might have to pay more for the same quality if you want a better build.
Even if you can control these things, it’s still okay to be flexible. You can change your costs and your requirements in a way that will improve your bottom line, even if it is not possible at the moment.
That is, you can’t just stick to a certain price point and expect to make your money back. You can also change your price point by finding ways to save money and save time. The way to do this is to ask yourself questions and to ask yourself what you need to know to make the best possible decision. Then, take those questions and the answers you find into the project.

That’s a good way to think about things. I don’t think you really need to make a decision right now – just wait until you’ve researched what’s going on. But it also helps to know when you’re making a decision. I have a tendency to wait until I have some “what if” thoughts.
Sometimes it seems that more than just words your mind is busy. Sometimes I wonder, “If I ask me in my head, what would I want to be when I grow up?” For me, the answer is that I want to be a detective. A detective is a person who has the ability to solve some problem by looking at it from many different angles. I want to look at a problem from a different perspective than the one you are currently facing.
Well, I could just ask me in my head what I want to be when I grow up. I could tell you that I want to be a computer programmer or I could tell you that I want to be a surgeon or a scientist. But the reality is that most people wouldn’t even know what they wanted to be. They are all just “constants,” and that’s how we get confused about them.
Well, we know what we want to be because we are constantly defining ourselves in terms of what we are not. You can’t have a job without a title, and you can’t be a doctor without a profession. But we are constantly defining ourselves by these constants that are not our own, and so we have this constant confusion about what our constant is.
