I have this very strange fear in the back of my mind that I will never be able to sleep at night. I hate that I’m afraid, but I can’t help it. It’s like I can’t stop thinking about it. I try to put a smile on my face, but it’s so hard. I’ve even been known to just say “I’m tired”.

I think the reason I have this problem is because I have a very short attention span. If I’m tired, I can’t remember my next thought. I tend to do this with all sorts of things, so this is kind of a universal problem. The problem is that if I can’t remember, I’m not going to stay on task.

I used to think it was a problem because Im always tired. I wasnt aware that Im getting that way from the constant pressure of making sure I remember what I need to do. I realized that the problem is that I can’t stay on task, which is why I tend to have this problem. I have this horrible feeling that I’ll forget what I need to do. And I wont be able to do it, so I will get so stressed out and forget.

I don’t think its an issue of too much activity. Im tired of being stressed out, so I keep it at a minimum. And when I do go to bed at night, even though Im not supposed to, I still have to keep reminding myself to do what I need to do.

This is exactly what the internet feels like sometimes, with people talking all the time about what they are going to do tomorrow, and having it be all planned out beforehand.

You are not supposed to be on the internet at night when you are tired. That’s all. So you should also be exhausted after a full day of having to plan out your next day. That way you will not make the same mistake of having to plan out what you actually need to do.

Sleep is critical for the human body. It keeps you alive. The internet is a great place to network with people you don’t know personally and share things that you are working on or trying to work out. It is also an excellent place to share work that you are doing that you have not done yet. Your ability to get into a routine is quite important, especially when you have a lot of things that you need to get done, but you can still sleep if you are properly rested.
