I believe that I have been helped by my own mental health since I was a young adult. In the past, I have seen my depression and anxiety worsen when my parents moved, and when my friends visited me in my house. However, I have also seen that it gets alleviated when I took the time to do things like exercise, attend classes, and visit with other people who are more mentally healthy.
Even though it is the opposite of what you would think, I think it is a good idea to have a few friends who have mental health issues. If you or your children have a mental health problem, I think it is important to get them involved in activities that can help them in a positive way.
I think it is also important to have a few people around who are healthy mentally. When you have a mental health problem, your friends may be able to relate to you. If you can have a few good friends, you won’t have to worry about a mental health problem.
Having someone to talk to about your troubles is really important. When we were kids, we could get a lot of help from our parents.
