Why You’re Failing at short illness


This is a common refrain I hear when I talk with young women or parents or anyone who is still experiencing short illness.

The common refrain of this type of illness is that it’s a “bad” thing and that it can be “caught.” However, I suspect the common refrain is not that it’s “bad” to be sick. I suspect it’s that being sick is often a source of comfort and excitement and that when a person is sick they feel like they are being “caught.

Sure, some people are sick, but I suspect most people who are sick are sick because they are afraid of being caught. Sure, being sick can be scary, but it is a good thing. People who have more than one sick day aren’t sick because of the disease. They’re sick because they are afraid that they will catch the disease and be sick for some time.

The thing is, being sick often means that you have to be taking care of yourself. When you get sick, you feel miserable and sad and you dont really want to be sick. It’s much better to take care of yourself by taking care of your health and not worry about being sick.

This is why it is so important to take care of your own health. We hear every day that we shouldnt be drinking too much alcohol, smoking, using drugs, or doing any of the other things that we do when we get sick, but the fact is that these things are all good things to do. Taking care of your body, even if just by taking care of your body, helps keep you healthy and prevents you from getting sick.

It doesn’t quite take away from the fact that the more you take care of your body, the less you will take care of yourself. For one thing, your body is already taking care of it’s own needs. But it is also true that when you take care of yourself more, you take care of your body. This is because you are able to focus on being healthy and prevent yourself from getting sick.

That’s why it is so important to take care of your body. Your body needs to be cared for so much. It needs the food, the water, the air, and the rest of the things that your body takes care of. But your body also wants to be healthy; it needs the nutrients and the vitamins that it needs to feel good. It needs the exercise, the rest, and the rest of the things that your body takes care of.

Some of us are blessed with the type of body that our immune system is able to keep us healthy. But if your immune system is weak, if your body is not getting enough nutrients, if your immune system is not able to fight off a disease, then you are going to fall ill, or you might fall sick in a way that is very different from what you were meant to.

An old and wise saying goes, “A body with too much fat is a body with no heart.” A body that is too active is a body that is not able to fight off disease. This is a very important point and something most people will never understand. It’s like having a heart attack. It’s not like having a heart attack; it’s different than having a heart attack.

We know that if your body has too much fat, it might go into a state of “dis-ease” which is what happens to someone with too much stress. Having too much fat is like having too much stress. They could be eating too much, not exercising enough, not sleeping enough, or not eating everything they want to eat.
