This has been a hot topic for many years now. The self reference effect is a form of automatic reaction that happens when you learn something new and it is a very effective way to make sense of the world. After all, most of the time, we don’t stop to think about how we come to know something new. We just do it.

This effect was first developed by psychologist John Mayer, who found that people who had learned about the world through books, videos, and movies were much more effective at problem solving and learning new skills than people who learned about the world through other methods.

This is why it’s important to know the difference between learning through books, videos, movies, or something other than media. And when it comes to the self reference effect, we need to know that when we learn something new, we don’t stop thinking about it. Instead, we try to figure out how we came to know it. For example, if we go to the store and buy a new book, we are literally just copying and pasting the words into our mental computer.

So, when you’re looking at a book, or watching a movie, or reading a book, you’re not really learning anything different. You’re just watching, enjoying, and making observations about what you’re reading.
