I know it is important to self-promote in one way or another, and I do it with my blog and the website, but what I want to tell you is that you should really, really focus on feeling and expressing the self-love you want to have. It is a huge part of who you are and what you can achieve.
We all want to feel good about ourselves. It may be that you don’t have all the knowledge about self-love you want to have about how to get there. But I can guarantee you that you can find a way. But first, stop the self-praise.
I know, I know, people are always saying that they have great self-love, but that they are always complaining that they don’t have it, or that they are not self-aware enough. But that doesn’t really mean you have to be self-aware all the time. I mean, it might just be that you were born with it. But self-awareness is not simply being aware. It’s knowing that you do have it.
Self-awareness is not simply being aware of the fact that you have it. It is knowing that you have it and being aware of that fact. And it is knowing that you are aware of it.
Self-awareness is knowing that you have it, and being aware of that fact. And that you are aware of it. That’s what self-love is.
Self-love is not simply being aware of the fact that you have it, but being aware of the fact that you are loving yourself. This is not about being “self-centered” as some might believe. Self-love is loving yourself just because you are. It is loving yourself only because you are worthy. That is what self-acceptance is.
I know this can sound strange to those of you who are completely in the dark. But this is what self-love means. I would love to hear your thoughts on this one.
