I have been visiting the urgent care center in Norwalk, Connecticut for nearly two years now. I am so excited to be able to offer my services in a convenient location while I am in the area.
The last time I was in there, the office seemed to be doing pretty okay, but even so I was a little disappointed. The nurses were great and the doctor was friendly, but the reception area was completely unorganized. What I really miss is the nurses taking my insurance card. That was one of the perks of having the nurse take it at the time of my visit as opposed to when I call.
The nurses are great about taking your insurance card, but when you call that number, you can’t get a nurse to take your insurance card. That is one of the few perks of having a nurse take your insurance card, and the nurses are fantastic at taking it. They are very accommodating and very friendly.
In the end, the best part of my visit was when the nurse at the front desk asked me what type of pain I was in. I told her I was in a severe migraine attack and she said, “Oh, I take over $100 out of my own pocket on these visits to get that headache under control.”I told her she was a real lifesaver and she replied, “Oh yea, I’ve had my share too.
To be honest, I have never been a patient at physicianone. But when I was one, I was a patient. And the staff there was excellent. They were very attentive and informative and always very pleasant. I was very impressed by their professionalism and the way they treated me. And the nurse that took my insurance card knew my insurance was through them and was going to take care of me.
I’m a pretty big fan of physicianone but my favorite patients are typically the ones who aren’t very good at their jobs. The fact that patientone cares so much about the patients that they see makes me feel very good about the service they provide. I believe physicianone cares about their customers as well. For example, my daughter just went in for a dental cleaning. They sent her home with a prescription for something that only she was allergic to.
It’s a simple fact that doctors are a bit of a special case. Doctors do all kinds of things that many other patients don’t like. They often work very long hours that most people don’t enjoy. They may also be very busy, and it takes a lot of time to get them to feel comfortable with a patient.
My daughter and I were both very impressed by how attentive they were when we picked up our prescription. They even had a nurse walk us through the process of filling the prescription. It was really cool to see that kind of care from a doctor.
In our case, the doctor never spoke a word of English, and the English language is only taught in the local public universities. That was very disappointing to us. We were especially upset that he didn’t even open the door to the pharmacy to greet us.
The hospital is a small, private hospital and the language barrier is really something. It’s not uncommon for the staff to speak only a little bit of the patients language. Even when they did speak, the language barrier was usually because there was just too much noise or the patient was very sleepy and it was hard to understand what they were saying. In most cases though, the language barrier was because the staff was speaking very slowly and the patients was very sleepy.
