As a self-care crossword fan, I’m constantly searching for new words that are different than the ones I know.

This can be hard to see, but we often don’t notice ourselves because we are so busy trying to keep up with our other priorities that we don’t have time to think about where we are and how we are moving. We also tend to forget that we’re even moving at all.

The thing about periods of time is you really can’t just stop and say, “I’ll get to bed.” because you’re already thinking about the day and what you want to do with yourself. You can’t just go to bed and get an all-over tan. If you’re going to be spending time with your friends and having fun then you need to plan and plan.
