A great way to keep your work space organized is to create a pinboard or board that has all of your pens and pencils, all of your files, and all of your paper in one place.
I know it’s a bit crazy to think that you can get all of your files and papers organized in one place, but it’s really easy and it works wonders for keeping everything organized.

I am not sure that this is a good idea. The files should be grouped together by topic, not alphabetically, and you need to be able to see what is within your folder. This is something I have to get used to, so I am more likely to organize my files that way.

I have to admit that it is an issue because often times I find that some of these files are the most important, so I have to look for them constantly. Its a big problem because sometimes you will find that you are trying to find what you are looking for, and you go and do something that takes you down a different path. This can lead to your files being scattered around or missing things that you are looking for. Not good.
