When I was an intern in the michigan study of leadership, I found that there is a lot of information which is quite interesting. I would like to share a few of them with you in this article.
The first is how people who are given a leadership position are usually not very good at it. In the michigan study of leadership, it was found that the leadership role is a difficult job to perform because it requires a lot of energy, willpower, intelligence, and self-confidence. These things aren’t very easily learned. In fact, a lot of the leaders seemed to be doing it for the wrong reasons.

Because the leadership role is so difficult, they were found to be more intelligent than their followers, they were found to be better at their job, they were more ambitious, and they were more self-aware.
The study found that leaders tended to be more intelligent, more ambitious, and were more self-aware than followers. But the study also found that followers were more likely to give up on their leaders. People were more driven to succeed than to fail, and leaders seemed less self-aware and less ambitious than followers.
From there it only goes downhill from there. Leaders are just like every other position in the hierarchy, followers tend to be the lowest status. And the lowest status leads to the lowest status. Leaders are more self-aware, ambitious, and ambitious. But it seems that followers are more self-aware, ambitious, and ambitious. We really can’t have one without the other.

The study also found leaders who weren’t self-aware and ambitious were less capable of inspiring and leading others. It’s like the opposite of leadership.
