20 Things You Should Know About in summary
I believe we can have control over our thoughts and behaviors, even though they may feel like they aren’t very good for us. I am hoping this is the first step in a more positive path that will lead to new, better habits.
I also believe that if we can be more aware of where our thoughts are taking us then we can stop our thoughts from taking us in different directions.
I think we all have this tendency to think about the negative things we want to avoid. The problem is we rarely know what to do with those thoughts (or actions) that we want to avoid and it’s very easy to just do nothing about them. As a result, we end up being unhappy and stressed out and our happiness is often only possible by being unhappy and stressed out, which leads us to do more to avoid being unhappy and stressed out.
When you’re trying to prevent yourself from getting stressed and unhappy, you’ll find that that’s not as easy as you think.
We’re already stressed enough as it is. We’re not going to convince ourselves that we can’t possibly be in a stressful and unhappy place if we try to stop ourselves from being, which is exactly what we seem to be trying to do.
I think that is the most important thing to remember. If you can convince yourself that you are happy and stress free, youve convinced yourself that you can have the same happiness and stress free time youve always wanted.
if you are going to live with any degree of stress, you might as well live with some unhappiness. That’s the biggest difference between stress and unhappiness. Stress you have a certain amount of, but unhappiness comes from a lack of self-awareness. You can’t look at yourself and see that you are being unhappy because you can’t see the true meaning of stress and unhappiness.
Stress and unhappiness are two different things. Stress is a reaction to a stressful situation. In a healthy, happy life, your reaction to stress is to look for ways to make it less stressful. In a negative and stressful life, you have to learn to take control of your negative emotions. The trick is in taking control of your negative emotions by recognizing the source of your stress and understanding its true source.
Stress can be defined very simply as the body’s response to a situation that causes you to feel uncomfortable, angry, upset, or anxious. Your body’s response can be either physical or mental: physical stress causes the body to produce adrenalin. Adrenalin is a chemical that creates a strong, short-lasting blood rush, which is what you feel when you’re on a stress reaction.
If youre having a bad day, then there is probably some physical, physical stress causing your body to produce adrenalin. If youre having a bad day, then youve probably got some mental stress created by a thought that you have no control over. The easiest way to control your stress is to take control of your negative emotions. Take some control of your anger. Learn to recognize the source of your stress and understand what it is causing and then take control of your emotions.
