We like to think of ourselves as the center of our own universe, and we tend to be more aware of what we do and how we feel. But what does that actually mean? And how do we get out of our own way? I like to think of it as the ability to get into a state of mind that allows us to shift our focus away from ourselves and to the world around us.

People who try to get into a state of mind (one that is aware of what they are doing and feeling) can get into it through a number of different methods. Some of these involve creating a certain state of mind, which is a more focused one with a heightened sense of awareness and self-awareness. These are called “flow states.

Flow states are created when we are in a state of flow, in which we are completely in tune with our surroundings and are not self-consciously aware of what’s happening in front of us. We get into the flow state by focusing on a goal, and, when our mind is focused on this goal, we actually get into a state of flow.

One of the most important things for a person who is new to the game is that they should get free passes to the Flow State. After all, if they want to do anything, they should be able to do it. This is true even when the Flow State is not the most obvious state to be in. Think about it this way. If you know you are in the Flow State, you are able to use the Flow State as an opportunity to do something rather than just sitting in it.
