This is the exact job description that many business owners dread. But it’s not, ultimately, what most people want, or even think they want. In my experience, the chief marketing officer position is a career-long job that pays well and that can offer a good amount of flexibility and freedom.

I know a lot of chief marketing officers who really dislike their job. It’s not just because they’re not good at it. It’s also because they don’t like the way they live their day to day lives. They are accustomed to the constant stream of email, social media, and customer service calls that come with running a business.

It’s a job that many people dread. It may be a full-time job, or a part-time job, but it is still a full-time job. People get their first taste of it when they’re in their 20’s or 30’s. Now that they are in their 40’s and 50’s, it might seem that the work is getting harder and harder.

One reason for this is that the job market in the United States has become more competitive. More people are working full-time, and they are working more hours. They are also earning less cash per hour. This means that their work hours decrease, and they start taking on more of the administrative work that can be left to the manager.

A lot of companies now have an “administrator” position that allows for a larger role, but the work still remains all-consuming. I like that work because it allows me to give back to the company and to the people I care about.
