I knew I would be going to their office to get medical services, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I was in the right place at the right time. I was able to schedule an appointment with a nurse, and she was able to schedule a follow-up appointment for me.

And although the new doctors are more than happy to treat you, they are less likely to be late and might not always be on time. Also, some of the paramedics are downright rude. It’s been said that Haywood has seen a spike in patient complaints about their treatment.

In Haywood’s first year as a business, several patients complained about their experience with the hospital. One patient reported that he had a bad experience with the emergency room because there were some clowns in the waiting room. Another patient complained that the doctor was rude to him during his appointment and that he had not been given the required information to make an appointment.
