I don’t know about you but even I find myself turning down a crossfit class due to some of the equipment that the trainers are using. I think they should be using the same equipment that we do.

If you are doing a 10k, for example, you need to wear your own shoes and socks so that you dont slip and fall on your training shoes. If you are doing a 5k, you will need to have a crossfit partner who will lend you their shoes. If you are doing a 3.
If you are using a trainer, you should have a good idea of what your shoes are made of, right? Also, if you dont know what your shoes are made of, then you should have a good idea of what types of shoes will work for you.

As you go through each section of the workout, the trainers give you advice on what you should wear, what types of shoes are best for your body, what will work best on your feet, and more. If you know what shoes are made of (and what type) then you should know what to wear.

I think that the equipment you need to do Crossfit is more like that. If you want to do Crossfit, youll need a pair of shoes, a vest, and a trainer.
Crossfit is not necessarily about having a good pair of shoes, but rather it’s about the perfect weight and perfect form. You can do Crossfit anywhere because what you need is just the right amount of equipment, but it has to be the right size and the right angle. If you’re using the wrong equipment, you’ll get bad form or feel like you’re walking on a seesaw.
