The thing about this diet is that it only really applies to you. Everyone else, even if we follow it, most likely will not. And if you do follow it, then it’s not as effective as eating right and exercising.

This is why I believe in the importance of a healthy lifestyle. So if you have to sacrifice your health to eat right, do the exercise, and eat the right food, then you’ll get the most out of it. So no matter what you do, you can eat whatever you want and still get the health benefits.

For the record, I have never been a big fan of the word “healthy” because it has gotten so diluted over the years that it doesn’t really mean anything anymore. The word “healthy” is primarily an adjective used to make people feel better about their current state. So a healthy diet and lifestyle isn’t really healthy.

The problem is that we tend to think our health is a matter of simple, static factors. But actually it’s a matter of how we think about it. If we think of health as a collection of different things, we might get into trouble. How do you think of your health when you are at the gym, but also when you are at home. Or when you are on vacation, but also when you are at work.

In order to be healthy, you need to think about your health as a collection of different things. This includes the food you eat, the kind of exercise you do, the amount of sleep you get, the amount of drugs you take, and the amount of stress you are under. I think a lot of people use these phrases interchangeably, but in some cases they have different meanings. For example if you are stressed out and you take a break to take a drink of wine or something that relaxes you, you are taking a break from something. If you are stressed out and you take a drug to relax, you are taking a drug break. The same applies to eating.
