When I feel like my life is going down the drain, I draw a sad picture of it. I think it’s a great idea. It’s true; I’m not alone. Sometimes we just think we are, but it’s not true. We don’t truly have to be sad. We just have to be aware that it’s happening, make a plan, and maybe take the time to think about it.
