I really love this quote because it is so true. I’m always trying to find new ways to stay mindful and present and not to be consumed by my own thoughts. It is so easy to get caught up in the little things, but our minds are always thinking and there is always something to think about. The truth is that we are always thinking. We are thinking about everything, everything.
I think that the only way to be mindful in this world is to never be in the right mind state. For those who have trouble with this, I would love for you to watch this video.
