We have all heard the saying, “If you do the same thing over and over again, it won’t get better, but if you do it over a long period of time, it will get better.” This is also true for our thoughts and actions. If we keep doing the same thing over and over, it will never change.

So much of our lives can be summed up by this saying. We might be able to see the problem, but we can’t fix it. Sometimes you have that “aha” moment when you realize that you’ve been living a lie and you’ve just realized it’s time to grow up. Or at least stop trying to hide it. Sometimes this realization is hard to come by, and it’s only a matter of time before you get a wakeup call.

I guess its because the majority of our thoughts and actions are still in the same place. You can’t change a person, you can only change how you react to them.

In the movie A Beautiful Mind, Albert Einstein did a test where he had to remember the correct answer to a math problem, and it took him 10 minutes. It took a lot longer for Albert Einstein to figure out the correct answer for himself, but in the end, he just took a shower and had a good cry. By this statement, I mean when we are depressed, we are not in the same place as Einstein was when he realized he was in the wrong.

The same is true for depression. Depression is our own brain in a constant state of depression, so when we are depressed, we are depressed in a way that we can’t control. That does not mean that we can’t change how we feel, it means that we can’t change how we react to a depressed person.

As someone with depression, I think this is one of the main things that makes me feel better. I get to take a shower and think about how much better I feel than I did before I went on this trip. At the end of the day I feel so much better than I did when I was going through a depressive episode. I just feel better. It just does not matter how much I try to control it.

This is a difficult one because depression isn’t just an emotional state, it can be a physical, mental, or emotional condition. You can have depression without being able to feel it, or you can have depression with being unable to feel it. There are several different types of depression, each with its own set of symptoms. In a nutshell, depression is when you’re so depressed that you’re not even able to feel anything, not even yourself.

It’s an app that you download onto your phone, and in it you can enter your mood rating and see how you compare to the rest of the world. It works similarly to the “How Are You?” app on your phone. However, the problem is that it doesnt really give you a good sense of how you would actually feel. Well, at least I don’t think so.

The app is called a depression calculator because it’s meant to help people who suffer from depression find their moods to be more realistic. However, I think there’s a bit of a disconnect between the app and the moods it actually measures. You can use it to measure how happy you were last week, or how sad you feel about something, but the app doesn’t really give any indication of how you would actually feel.
