If we’re lucky, the home we buy will last us another 10 years, and the renovation we make can last another 30 years, but the home we buy and renovate can last longer than that. For the most part, if we buy and renovate our home, we’re getting something much nicer than what we ever dreamed of buying the first time. It’s a nice feeling to be able to say we’ve made a real difference in the lives of our clients and our clients’ families.
But the home we buy and renovate also has to be something we can maintain and keep up with. That’s what we mean by “keeping up”. We want our home to have the same look and feel as when we bought it. We want to have the same amenities as when we bought it. We want our home to be the very same home we were going to when we bought it. But we don’t want to stay the same.
Keeping up to date with the latest trends in construction home styles is a big part of what makes home buyers happy, and our renovation industry is one of the biggest in the world. The key is finding the right style at the right price. Because the style you get at the right price is determined by the cost of materials, labor, and the amount of time required to install it. That’s not to say that you should get what you paid for.

This is true, but what you should do is look at the cost of materials you currently have. What materials do you have in your current home and what ones you don’t? If you have a large amount of money, then its unlikely you will be able to get all of it for a new home. You might be able to save from the materials you currently have, but you will be investing in something new.
