This is why it is very important to have a good idea of where we are at in our own physical growth.

Of course, if you stop smoking only until the end of the first week then you will gain weight again. So, if you are losing weight and you are not getting any health benefits from it, you will begin to gain weight again.
For most people, the only real way to lose weight is by cutting calories. Cutting calories is not the same as dieting. Dieting means eating the same amount of calories you used to, but in a certain number of servings. Cutting calories is when you cut the amount of calories you eat by a certain amount. You can cut 100 calories for breakfast every day and still gain weight. Also, the amount of calories you cut is often determined by your BMI (body mass index).
